How it works


To swap means to exchange. In this case coffee, cookies or chocolate. Or all of the above.

It's completely up to you, what you want to give your swap buddy.

You'll buy some fresh beans or chocolate or bake some cookies and will send it by mail on a given date to your swap partner. And somebody will do the exact same for you!

We will assign you to a swap buddy who has also subscribed herself (or himself) to this swap.

You will receive by e-mail a name, address and Instagram account name.

Costs

That's totally up to you!

We can’t decide that for you. As long as the package contains coffee, cookies or (and) chocolate and a nice card to say hi! Make sure to wrap it properly, some swaps have a long way to go. Pay that extra euro/dollar to make sure you get a trackingcode. The risk a package will get lost will always be there, sending it with a trackingcode makes it easier for you and the post company to search when lost.

Act without expectation

We all have different standards and different budgets. What you decide to spent, don’t expect the same in return. It’s the thought that counts, remember that. If for any reason you can’t make it to the “send” date, let us know! Things happen, we all know.

Make sure your IG account is public as of April 11th, 2015. 

It's nice to know a little bit about this person you will be sending some goodies. And maybe you'll even find out his of hers favorite coffee or chocolate preference.

How to subscribe

Subscription starts April 11th and ends April 18th, 2015.  

You can easily send an e-mail to coffeecookieswap@gmail.com.

Please mention your name, address and the full name of your IG account.

You will receive a confirmation with an address of your swap in the weekend of May 1st, 2015.

When to send

Saturday May 30th, is the final date of sending your package. Make sure you send you package before that day.
